Liedson's naturalization in Portugal was due to the necessity of a striker on the Portuguese National team. This created again a fuzz abou naturalizations.This is a polemic being discussed all around the world. Brasil is the the leading supplier of this kindof players. But Liedson is not the only one from Portugal to do it ,
other cases are Deco and Pepe.But this happens in Italy,Germany, France, Spain and many others.
Joseph Blatter believes that if this continues half of the 2018 WorldCup will be Brazilian.While Platini doesn't say anything about the matter.
